Classical Swine Fever Virus Antibody ELISA Detection kit is used to determine the swine fever virus antibodies in pig’s serum in vitro and evaluate the immune status or infection status of swine fever vaccine in pig farms.
Principle
The test is prepackaged with classical swine fever antigen in micropores of enzyme-labeled lath using indirect ELISA. In the test, the diluted serum to be tested is added, and after incubation, if the sample contains antibodies against classical swine fever virus, it will bind to the antigen on the coated Microplate. After washing to remove the unbound antibody and other components, enzyme-labeled antibodies are added to combine with the antigen-antibody complex in the well to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antibody complex. After washing, the unbound enzyme conjugate was removed, the color developing substrate solution was added into the microwell, and the blue signal generated by the enzyme catalysis was proportional to the antibody content in the sample. After the reaction was terminated by adding the stop solution, the absorbance OD value in the reaction well was measured with the wavelength of 450nm using an 96-well microplate reader.
